Our promise

If Mudi Teach is not right for you, you can ask for your money back within 14 days of buying a pack of tutor time.

How much you get back

If you have not used any minute of that pack, you get the full price back. If you have used some, you get back the unused minutes, at the price per minute of the pack you bought.

The free minutes we give are not refundable, because they are free.

How to ask

Email [support email] from the address you bought with, or use the link in your Creem receipt. We reply within 5 business days.

Who pays you back

Creem (creem.io) is the Merchant of Record for every purchase and sends the refund to the card or method you paid with. Banks usually show it within 5 to 10 business days.

Nothing to cancel

There is no subscription and nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel. Paid time that is not used stays in the balance while the account is active.

Your legal rights

This policy does not limit the rights that the law of your country gives you.
