Terms of Service
Who we are
Mudi Teach is a website and service run by [seller name], [seller address]. You can reach us at [support email].
When you buy tutor time, the order is processed by our reseller Creem (creem.io), which is the Merchant of Record for every purchase. Creem handles payment, invoices, taxes and refunds for those purchases.
What Mudi Teach is
Mudi Teach is an AI tutor for school maths and physics. Watching lessons, drawing, practice questions and notes are free. A live conversation with Mudi uses paid “tutor time”.
Mudi is an AI, not a person. Lessons and questions are written with AI and checked by automatic tests. They can contain mistakes, and they are practice material, not the official syllabus. Your school and your teacher decide what is in the exam. We do not promise any exam result.
Accounts
A parent or guardian aged 18 or over creates the account and is responsible for it and for the student who uses it. A student must be at least 13. Keep your password private and give us true information.
Each parent account gets one free trial of live tutoring.
Tutor time and payment
Tutor time is sold in prepaid packs, priced in US dollars, and the price is shown before you pay. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.
Minutes are used only while a live lesson is open, and the balance page shows what is left. Paid time does not expire while the account is active. Taxes may be added at checkout, and your bank may convert the price into your own currency. To keep the service fair, a student can use a limited amount of live time each day.
Refunds
You can ask for a refund within 14 days of buying a pack. The details are in our Refund Policy.
Using the service
Please do not misuse Mudi Teach: do not try to break, overload, copy or scrape it, do not send illegal or harmful content, and do not share an account outside the family. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.
Safety
Conversations with Mudi are checked automatically. If something suggests that a student may be at risk of harm, it can be read by a person on our team, and the parent may be told.
Your content and ours
The lessons, recordings, the Mudi character and the site belong to us or to those who license them to us. What a student writes or draws stays theirs. We use it only to run the service and to show progress to the parent.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Mudi Teach running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect loss, and our total responsibility for a purchase is limited to what was paid for it. Nothing here limits rights that the law of your country gives you and that cannot be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will say so on the site or by email. Using Mudi Teach after a change means you accept it.
Law and contact
These terms follow the law of [country], without removing the protection that mandatory consumer law in your own country gives you. Questions: [support email].
