The night before the exam: 5 things not to do 🌙

The night before the exam is not the time for miracles. These are mistakes I made before and learned from… don’t repeat them.

  1. Don’t stay up all night

    1Don’t stay up all night

sleep makes what you studied stick, and the Ministry of Public Health advises students to get 8 to 10 hours of sleep.

  2. Don’t start a new lesson

    2Don’t start a new lesson

go over what you know and do a few questions, and don’t open anything you are seeing for the first time. It will only stress you out.

  3. Don’t take your phone to bed

3Don’t take your phone to bed

switch off the phone and the iPad at least an hour before you sleep, as the Ministry of Public Health advises.

  4. No coffee or energy drinks at night

4No coffee or energy drinks at night

  5. Don’t go to sleep before packing your bag

5Don’t go to sleep before packing your bag

get your things ready the night before so you’re not rushing in the morning (see Mudi’s finals bag).
